Founders Hill Crescent: No hot water for 5 days!

I was obviously very excited to become a first time home owner when I started looking at Founders Hill Crescent. However, there have been so many problems since I've moved in and all of them have to either deal with water or incompetence when having to schedule a contractor.

I have had issues with water pressure, not having water, discolouration of water and now 5 days without hot water.

When you move in you're promised that the Home Warranty people will tackle and fix any issues you're having, with urgency. It's been about 3 days since I contacted them and each day I was promised that someone would be scheduled to come. I am so frustrated because how am I paying so much for this so called luxury apartment but i haven't had hot water for 5 days???

Yesterday I was promised someone would show up and I would be told what time he would be here. I try to follow up on mail and guess what??? OUT OF OFFICE without dealing with my situation.

They're really looking for a law suit.
