Founders Hill Crescent, M&T Developments nightmare!

I app**** to stay at M&T Development properties Founders Hill Crescent in March 2021.

I had communicated that my move in date would be the 28 of March and paid pro rata rent. To my surprise when I moved there with my furniture, they did not have keys to the unit. The person responsible was on leave and unreachable. I had to squat for days until the guy came back. The apartment was very dirt and had no electricity when the guy eventually came back. The cupboards were full of dust, the walls were dirty and only partially repainted.

I only stayed because I had moved out from my previous place and couldn’t find another place at short notice. I stayed for 19 months, they still deducted 100% of my deposit even after giving them sufficient notice and they did not want entertain alternatives.

They also change service providers of electricity constantly which would leave you without power at times. They also charge you for gas usage without giving you a breakdown.
