Extreme poor workmanship / Arrogant Foreman who doesn't know his job

Review no: 150, 700 emails sent, 89 compliances and still DC (foreman) and M&T DEVELPOMENT still want to give owners headache and extremely poor workmanship.

3months in and we still have snags that are not finished/ not done properly. even the snags that are done, its like they are only doing for the sake of signing off. All the cracks they refused to fill (they put paint on top of cracks) are cracked and opening up again. all our windows have cracks which were fixed 1-2 months ago.

WHEN WE MOVED IN we found BAD WALL CRACKS WHICH WERE ON THE INSPECTION, today DC brought a guy to paint over them and he refuse to fill them first (which he said I must show proof of why I am refusing painting only without fill, I gladly did show DC the cracks everywhere him and his guys painted a month ago and now the cracks are open and showing again) still he wants to paint. I told the paint to leave my house and bring fill then paint after.

PLEASE keep in mind that at first they refused to fix saying its our managing company's job. Due to how they have poorly serviced us within 1 inside we knew we had to email the managing company to confirm this. which we were right not to believe them.

THIS is the same foreman GUY who wanted to fix our dump, paint chipping wall due to a leakage on the wall with paint. They want to fix everything problem with paint and they don't care what happens in a week.

Buying a house or an apartment with M&T development is a high risk and one needs to be warned of all the emotional damage, extreme poor workmanship and being told they know better because your house is not R2 MILLION rand.

I only wish Hellopeter allowed pictures and recording in order to back up all issues we face with M&T Development. This property by Ashwood is not an investment but a big loss, from a couple with 2 other properties, 1 old and 1 new.
