Please have lawyers ready before you buy any property with them.

After you have bought (In Ashwood) you will be fighting them left right and center for them to even finish snag list number 1. I'm stuck with a shower that only has hot water. Tiles that come off, doors that do not open once closed. I moved in on 29 October until today paint work is not complete, the pass 2weeks the foreman kept saying he's coming to finish off until today nothing is done. One of the guys closed a cracked wall in our bathroom, until today he has not finished.

Meaning we should forget about snag like 2 or 3 getting fixed. Buying from M&T is the worst mistake we did.
