DON'T BUY IN ETUDE ESTATE, Worst mistake ever.

DO NOT BUY FROM M&T, especially in Sagewood-Etude Estate. I've been living in this complex since 2019 and I can tell you the body corporate/maintenance of the complex is *******. There's bad workmanship on all the units as if they were rushed to be built (terrible plumping with leaks every other day and bad electrical wiring). There's no residential structure, complaints are ignored and residents are left on their own to solve their problems. Kids play on the driveway, no kiddies play area as promised. Dustbins are insufficient, there's trash everywhere when the bins are cleared (2 bins for six units). They make excuses all the time when multiple residents complained, it took them a year to fix the electrical issues. My advice....dont rent or buy here
