Do not buy property from M&T developments

M&T development does not care !!

Bought my property in 2022, and moved in in October 2022 A few days in the property, I spotted a few errors and reported those , the Home Warranties Administrator (Mo) kept saying the foreman will come. I kept following up and nothing

Late November, something in the bathroom broke, I reported the issue (another query made), no answer .

Fast forward, January 2023, new home warranty administrator (Elaine Muller) comes, I still explain my problems from October that are still not attended.

She says she’ll organise the Foreman to come and check the reported issues. They come 2 weeks later. They fix some things and leave the rest. I ask why, their response was that some we can’t fix until they are completely broken

I follow up on my November query, and Elaine says I never reported the issue and the warranty lapsed, so they can’t assist . I provided email thread of proof, but she still says she cannot help until almost 3 weeks of fighting, she said she sees the query she’ll get quotes to come get a new one fitted.

A month later, no one came, she’s not responding to emails. As I’m speaking, I am on the 5th month , an I’ve still not gotten all the help I needed. These are all queries from October and November 2023!!

Horrible service If you ask me!!!! I wouldn’t recommend buying property form M&T
