DEPOSIT MONEY NOT RECEIVED

I moved out of Eco park East on the 30th of October and had given them a month's notice it is now 14 December and i have not gotten back my Electricity deposit refund back i have called numerous times and they keep making excuses they are ****** I DO NOT RECOMMEND M&T ECO PARK EAST TO ANYONE
