Deopist Money Not Paid Back

I have ran out of patience with M & T development properties,I have moved out of my apartment at Die Hoewes Towers last month and as per contract I was supposed to receive my deposit after 14 days. I have sent several emails to Michelle Diniacos-Smith and she keeps saying this week the money will be paid back to me and its been 2 weeks now. I am struggling to understand why’s it so difficult in paying me back my money.
