Complaint - Horrible and Rude Service
I have experienced nothing but horrible, rude and disrespectful service from M&T employees. I logged a maintenance complaint with him dated the 8th of February 2021 with regards to my toilet leaking and to date has this issue not been resolved - I have had to contact him twice to follow up about this and he responded to me " there is nothing he can do about it, I must just wait". Never in my personal or professional life have I ever experienced such terrible customer service. I look forward to a response to resolve this matter.
