Cannot turn off constant alarm after 1,5 YEARS

The alarm on the gate to the parking garage at their Bylsbridge Conference Centre has been beeping for most of the 1,5 YEARS and is highly annoying. (Think of having a forklift reversing 20m away - constantly for 16 to 24 hours a day.) As an alarm one would think it would be answered and looked at asap. But no. Dozens of visits to the complex gates (they won’t let you in to talk to someone who can do anything about it - the security company knows about it, and goes to the M&T facilities administrator), dozens of phone calls (which are met unending passive aggressiveness by the woman supposedly running the facilities)… and nothing. How does this company hire such *********** staff and are happy to have all these troubles with their buildings not dealt with? This is just greed.
