Bad Service by M&T

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely shocking service (or lack thereof). We purchased a unit at The Paddocks in Southdowns and have been waiting since May for them to come and repair some internal damp on our staircase. We have sent many e-mails, to which they either don't respond, or give vague answers, with no conclusion
