Bad communication, unprofessional and arrogant employees.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. 

I have tried to make contact with you and left a message for you to please get back to me.  I am still waiting for a response from you. 

I have spoken to various parties involve and came to this conclusion.  You paid a deposit for your utilities and that deposit needs to be retrieved from the utilities company.  Unfortunately we will not be able to assist in this regard.  Then there is a cleaning deposit that was charged.  We normally charge the cleaning deposit whenever there is a new tenant moving in.  When you give notice to move out and the unit is not left the way you receive it, we have to charge you a cleaning fee.  Then we do not pay that deposit back to you.  

You have moved into another unit at one of our Developments and the same rules and regulations will apply there.
