Avoid M and T properties, thank me later.

Writing as a warning to any potential future buyers. Please avoid buying from M and T developments, never get betrays buy "buy direct from developer cheap talk" In Midrand Crescent Glades the following are just some few issues to consider before making tje mistake.... 1. Poor quality material used, falling roofs,cheapest bathroom showers, walls not insulated properly... wait until the warranty period is over and you will regret. 2. M and T uses Pretor to manage their premises, Pretor is just a ****, they put all your levies in one pull account and you cannot even get what your complex have just on paper....check amount of battles all complexes in Cresent glades did to remove Pretor after being imposed to the owners by M and T. Pretor is the biggest ****mers avoid them at all cost. 3. Check the levies you will end up paying remember the levies will be imposed you cannot decide because Pretor always makea sure they have voting numbers more than the owners.

My advise is visit the old complexes and talk to the chairs os those complexea to get a detail list of issues with M and T and Pretor.
