All for MONEY and no SERVICE!

We have been residing at Founders Hill Crescent a development owned by M&T. It has been 3 years now and we have renewed our contract for another year which was the biggest mistake ever. The worst place to stay. Basic utilities like power and water are such an issue, especially for those working from home. Weekly we have power issues, and the water pressure is low from about 7 am - 6 pm and then starts getting a bit better. Several complaints were made but nothing was done.

I have sent email after email and received one poor response that it is not the estate's fault but another party's. There is a lack of communication between the developers and residents. It is absolutely sad as this estate is in such a lovely area and central to everything.

M&T are all for money and no service, even the materials used are of no quality. Will not consider these developers again. The count down to moving out has begun.
