Whatever you do, don't buy an apartment at Red Ivory Lane and DEFINATELY DON'T BUY A PROPERTY WITH M&T DEVELOPMENTS! YOU WILL REGERT IT! They are the biggest ****mers!.

Since 2022, I have been reporting a persistent roof leakage problem that has caused significant internal damage to my walls. After countless emails and complaints, the roof was finally repaired – but only after the first repair failed within a year, forcing yet another fix earlier this year. Despite this, the internal damages caused by the leakage remain completely ignored.

I have had three separate assessments conducted, all pointing to construction issues as the root cause. Still, neither the Developer nor the Body Corporate wants to take any responsibility for the mess I’m left with. I have sent over 50 emails trying to get this resolved, and it is beyond frustrating to be repeatedly dismissed and not being helped.

To add insult to injury, the Red Ivory Lane insurance has rejected the claim, stating that the damage is “normal wear and tear.” How is that even remotely acceptable when I’ve been complaining about this late 2022 when this started happening after a heavy rain in October!!!!!!!!, and the damage was clearly caused by a defective roof – which was finally acknowledged and repaired? BUT WHAT ABOUT MY WALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is completely unacceptable that I am still living with walls damaged by a problem that was no fault of mine. Don't buy a property at Red Ivory Lane. Don't buy a property through the Developers at M&T. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

I have also heard stories with regards to other properties through M&T, DONT DO IT, THEIR PROPERTIES ARE SO POOR AND THEY WILL BE GONE WITH YOUR MONEY. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SELLING! DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
