Non payment of training Refund

Dewald Kotze my son enrolled for training as an Crane Operator with MT Intellect Machines on 10 December 2014. He paid R8000.00 cash. He was promised to start training on 11 December 2014 and by January 2015 they would get him a job at R8000.00 per month. By 20 December he still had no training but everyday a different promise. He then cancelled the training and asked for his money back. He was told that the financial person is on leave and he will get his money in January 2016.<br> When Dewald enquired he was only paid his money in small increments and only when he asked for it. To date this company still owes him R700.00. They just ignore his plea to get all his money back. By now they should also pay him for expenses to contact them as well as interest. During July 2015 they asked for his bank account to pay his money. He sent it to them but to date they have not paid a cent. They just ignore any communication.
