******* products and refund refusal

They refused to give me a refund after providing me with ******* products and a store and made me stay with them for 3 months in order to qualify for a refund despite that not being stated in their contract. After 3 months they claimed to have provided all their services because they offered me another store as a replacement to my store I wanted. They are just there to find any way possible to keep your money and are not honest as they claim to be. They don't tell you about the monthly fees that come with a store and if you ask for a refund based on this they will refuse as well. They violate many consumer protection act clauses and sections by advertising making R100k in three months but don't specify that you need about 6k a month or more to do that. They only tell you once you've bought from them and then refuse to give you a refund after.
