Ecommerce can be great, but NOT with these people...

The worst business decision I have ever taken was to ask MT Enterprises to build a dropstore for me! I paid them on 1 March 2022, and to date, I have not received anything useful. Many promises have been made by the CEO, Marchant Tirion, and none have materialised. The normal timeframe in which a store is built is 3 to 4 days. With the 1st attempt, they loaded the wrong supplier. I wanted a local supplier because of shipping and delivery times - they loaded AliExpress. On the second attempt, the design was amateurish, to say the least. Photos were not showing and the text for the descriptions bled into the pages. Some of the copy was also terrible. Staff kept changing (wonder why...) and nothing was completed. The Dropstore dropped the ball and the products could not be loaded. No assistance was offered by any of the two companies as to what to do and how this was supposed to work. I managed to air my grievances during a virtual meeting, and then nothing... Ghosting of note! 👻 They have my money, and I have nothing. I am wondering if this is their way of working, or if there are other people out there who have been done in like this. This is ********* business practice, and they should not be allowed to get away with this.
