Absolutely disappointing!!!Amateurs robbing clients!

I bought an E-Commerce package on "special" from Marchant Thirion. Included in the package were 2 stores and "Valued Private Client" status with over 1000 items per store. However when I received the only one store(never received a second one), it only listed 100 items in 5 categories. I was told we would use Dropstore as dropshipping company as they are in South Africa , however they then loaded 900 more items, but from China with sizes foreign to us and no way to convert it. My store website also did not have an SSL certificate, essential for building trust as online reseller. Even today it is not working after many pleas. The website has incomplete links on it and is utterly unprofessional in look. It is also not Mobile optimised. With all above I concluded that MT Enterprises is actually not capable of fulfilling their claims and promises and requested a refund. This was bluntly refused as "you do not qualify for a refund" I then also saw Marchant is trying to sell his business, but still they are marketing with ridiculous claims which they obviously cannot fulfil. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED--PROCEED AT YOUR OWN PERIL IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
