water and light account office (Msunduzi Municipality)

msunduzi municipality is such a PAIN, I have received light account statement on 03/12/2019 with the ONLY current amount and VAT which is due on 31/12/2019. on 09/12/2019but has been handed over to their attorneys. I received an sms from their attorneys to say I should call them and make arrangement to pay in order to avoid legal fees, interest and disconnection, yet this amount is still due on 31/12/2019, when called them to clarify or requested them as to why my account was handed over, the only answer I received was SORRY! it was just an instruction from their client. I than decided to go to light account office where the employee was so MAD at seeing that my account was wrongfully handed over, he than directed me to the actual person whom handed over my account (Shinaaz Gregory), who also confirm that my account shouldn't be handed over it was a mistake, when asked her how could this be possible because msunduzi were expecting me to pay via their attorneys the wrongful amount.. in October 20019 my light was disconnected wrongfully and when tried to explain that I do not owe any arrears its just the current, they told me to go and explain to the office. and again in November I was overcharged, I then went to complain and the amount was reduced by R504.68 can you believe that they are illiterate people whom can't complain like me they are just being corn by this office. that chaw...chaw.. the rate payer's money and think that it will be recovered from us hell no..no..no to me shame!!! three years ago I made them to pay me back for three consecutive months by overcharging me.
