UNFAIR TREATMENT FROM THE MUNICIPALITY

They Disconnected us by mistake because we have paid the Electricity bill with an extra amount on it, now we trying to call them to get assistance the ladies at the switch board are very rude and even hanged the phone on my ear. This is an unfortunate event and heart breaking that now we are without electricity but we have paid the bills we don't owe the municipality.
