The street lights from oribi airport leading straight into bisley are not functional which makes it a target for ****s in the area to attack people due to pitch darkness. It is highly dangerous driving pass the oribi airport leading into bisley due to the street lights are not working. This has resulted in ******ies and crime in the bisley area.
