RATES CLEARANCES

The customer service from the Rates Department of the Msunduzi Municipality is absolutely shocking to say the least. By not receiving 2 rates clearances, they are actually placing the following households in the learch; 1. The Sellers x 2 and their families 2. The Buyers x 2 and their families 3. The Estate Agents x 2 and his / her families 4. The Conveyancers x 2 5. The Excecutor of Estate

I am not sure if they realise how many lives they are putting on hold due to very poor service delivery to only 2 customers.
