Poor Service Delivery Msunduzi Waste Management Department

Tried getting hold of Waste Department for several days with no success .Our skip is overloaded with refuse and is creating a health risk. I called Mr Lulamile Mapholoba , who advised me to call him after 14:00pm as he was in a meeting , when I called him again after 14:00pm , his phone was off.
