Pathetic service from msunduzi municipality

The service at the place sucks.... The staff are so rude there is one worker who works there that I've dealt with afew time who is damn pathetic at what she does. I actually want to report this Into our local news papers how pathetic they are and how bad they treat people especially pentioners!!!! Disgusting
