PATHETIC SERVICE

This municipality do not even deserve one star! They a pathetic bunch. Accounts are almost always received late, then they have the audacity to charge interest and disconnection fees even though there were no disconnections! That's *****. There are so many complaints against this municipality. What does one have to do to get the message through to higher authority?
