No lights

Good day I'm emailing you with regards to shamrock place northdale pietermaritzburg. We are currently having endless problems with electricity in the area. In the past month the lights have gone off more than 10 times. Just yesterday it went off and was fixed and went off again. We have elderly parents and young babies to take of. We pay our electricity account without hesitation. We understand that there is an informal settlement but why must we pay for them *****ing electricity. Currently there is no electricity we call the call centre get a reference number and wait long hours for it to be restored. Please can you assist ? Regards Yolana ***
