Mzunduzi abuse

There is no help from these ppl whatsoever, i have tried calling from the morning, Newholmes has not had lights from 3am and itz 9pm and still nothing. How must the people survive like this. Not everyone can afford to throw away the monthly groceries nor can people keep going to the shop and buy daily as transport is a problem. When will our leaders start thinking about their people, its so sad with our living conditions yet when it comes to month end the bills are never late nor will we get a chance to not pay as how we are abused with what we rightfully are paying for but cannot use.
