*********** municipality that's we pay for ,fire them all.

I am so angry that as a resident I am trying to get threw to our electricity municipality and it's just ringing. I called several times to report a street light pole that is about to fall on our children and cars. I manage to get through once and get a ref number after so many failed attempts, I tried following up after 4 weeks of no assistance from the municipality and it's being ringing no1 is doing the job over there. I fear something might happen and we will take legal actions against the department for failed service delivery. This is a risk to our homes our children and something can happen of not addressed immediately.
