Msunduzi Municipality, just another nail in South Africa's coffin

Pity you cant give zero stars. Absolutely terrible service. Electricity cuts, no one know how to fix. You phone call center and they try give everyone the same reference so they look like they have less issues. You call them out on it and they hang up on you. They say dealing with overtime by cutting it, but things like refuse collection etc never happen during normal hours. Mayor still lives in fancy house with electricity and generators and fuel for generators paid for by the public. No idea why i am writing this review, as it is just a waste of my time as nothing will change, the Municipality cares less than zero about the people of this city, only about themselves.
