Msunduzi Municipality Completely Dysfunctional

If I could give them a zero, I would do that. For months I have been sending them readings and I pay my account on time every month. Today I receive a seriously botched account with many reversals and no credits. The call centre is not working-I phoned our local councillor and he tells me the Municipality is "DOWN"?? I said for how long and he rep**** "indefinitely". This is not acceptable-it is a known fact that they are one of the worst Municipalities-completely dysfunctional. How can we pay our monthly accounts from them wondering where our money is going? And no-one even there to pick up phones? He says they do not have a working phone number. It is really a disgusting state of affairs.
