Msunduzi Municipality at it again

Horrific. I sold my property over a year ago. All the transfers where done and the new owners registered with the municipality. Not only have I not got my deposit back but suddenly after a year I receive bills for a property that was sold and electricity registered with the new owners.

Is this a horror story?
