Msunduzi is full of ********.

If it were possible to give a zero or minus I would. We have a Whatsapp group in Ward 25 in PMBG. Last night a message came through apparently from the Mayor of Howick saying that Eskom is implementing rolling blackouts "Management Punishment" in Msunduzi, as well as Stage 4 load shedding because our council is not paying their debt to Eskom with the money we pay every month. Effectively we could be out at least 16 hours a day. Last weekend we had a 31 hour outage and the weekend before a 10 hour outage. Why should we pay thousands every month to Council when they are not paying Eskom their due. It is pure and utter *******ion and *****. This is like an April fools joke except that it is not funny. The whole bunch at Msunduzi should be booted out, let alone given a 10% increase which is ludicrous. Last weekends blackout affected the whole of PMB as far up as the Hilton Hotel and maybe further. All these people know how to do is tear things down. I am not sure that this is the correct forum for my issue but it is all I have and I am taking advantage of having power for an hour. This thieving must stop.
