Msunduzi 'in your face' wastage.

No wonder this municipality is broke. The meter reader has just been -I told him this was the 3rd reading I have given this month-the 8th, the 18th and now the 31st. I have the record. I know this guy as he worked there when I was still working there. The other two were strangers to me. I asked him what the story was that we give three readings in about three weeks. He said he 'thinks his colleagues are confused'. I am interested to see which reading they use when I receive my bill. They use cars now-each drives a nice little white car and they drive from gate to gate with the engine running-the petrol usage must be astounding. In my day they walked. It blows me away that Msunduzi can be so wasteful. It is a South African thing now. Today's reader is a very pleasant person and he is just doing his job-but for Pete's sake why 3 readings in a month??? Left hand not knowing........again. #WIN
