Msunduzi Electricity and Fire department poor service

Since 16 March we have called several times to report an Electrical fault at our home. The call is diverted to the Fire department who have no communication besides email with the Electricity department and are not helpful at all in Fact Mr Singh was extremely rude and dismissive. Since Thursday we have had our electricity switch on and off several times. Each time it is reported and to date no resolution. Our equipment is soon to blow with all these surges. Can anyone please assist.
