Msunduzi disconnected our electricity for no reason, without a warning

Our electricity got disconnected with no reason, without any warning. When my Mom visited the municipal offices at AS Chetty Building she was told that they don't know why electricity has been disconnected and cannot help her. In May, they changed our meter but never came back to connect the new meter, despite numerous calls asking them to come and connect. Instead nobody seems to know what to do. They finally logged a call for a tech for her after she refused to leave without assistance. Is this the right way of doing business? Right now we don't have electricity. It is very disappointing that a paying customer has to suffer because of incompetence and disregard for customers. Reference no: 642968
