Msunduzi a disgrace.....

I never thought I'd see the day when Maritzburg went from 1st world to 3rd world the way it has. People who are running the city should be fired-shown the door, not suspended on full pay for years. What are they doing with our rates and taxes-buying SUV's for the Zulu royals? Our money is not meant for that. All this council knows how to do is to turn everything to mud. Verges overgrown to 6 feet high ****s, drains blocked and broken, potholes, robots not working, sewerage flowing in streets, ******* piled high on every corner in town. How do you go about electricity " load reduction" in a place that hasn't had power in a week? Water comes and goes..... nothing reliable. Too bone idle to pick up their phones let alone get off a chair-if they are even there. What happens to be working is pure chance. City Of Choice? What are they thinking-actually they aren't. Dumb,dumber and dumbest... I drove through town today because my friends from the UK wanted to see the city centre. I tried to talk them out of it but they wanted to go-they were gob-smacked at the filth.
