lawless drivers.

I would love to know where the traffic offers are in Pietermaritzburg. and what are there duties. I ask this due to the fact that you don't see them around, and if you do perhaps see them on the odd occasion, they are sitting in there cars doing ??????

Also there is no control of driver going through red traffic lights, stopping where and where ever the driver feels. driving up the wrong ways, oncoming traffic must give way for them although they are wrong. double parking/tripple parking is the norm in the lower section of town. I drive in Pietermaritzburg everyday and I see at least 5 blatent regard for the law or the rules of the road, so nobody must tell me that the trafic offecers do not see this. I see a trafic affer at a traffic light, the light turns red and two cars when through the red light. what was done, absolutly nothing.

It seems that due to the lack of discipline to offenders, there is no traffic laws to them so the drivers do as they please. and if you blow the hooter to them, they show you signs are call you all sorts of things even though they are in the wrong,

The road belongs to the lawless drivers, and when thing get out of hand, who or what will the excuse be.
