Inefficient Government Institution in Pietermaritzburg

The Msunduzi Municipality is inefficient. My mother has gone back and forth with them regarding our electricity bill. One day its a different date to another. We actually have no idea how they bill or come to that amount. The crazy thing is that even them they can't explain to us why the amounts are different every time. Their thumb sucking each month and want us to pay. It is very sad because no one can explain this to us, and we are expected to pay these ridiculous amounts. There are long cues there with clearly not an inefficient system. On another occasion we had no lights for over 3 days, we tried to call the number and no one answered. The phone rang and rang, or it seemed like someone would pick up and drop it.

It is really sad how government institutions provide such ridiculous service to its tax paying citizens..
