Incorrect Reading

The was a guy i was dealing with by the name of Khumbulani Mthembu , upon the high bill received, he advised the incorrect reading was done and the correct procedure will be done to have the account credited. 3 months have gone by and the landlord we manage the property for has had enough. Khumbulani has told me every month the credit was done and whenever i try to call the ********** number, nobody ever answers the phone.
