Exorbitant Lights and Water bill

Pathetic Municipality to say the least. Lights and Water Bill is NOT delivered on time and sometimes not at all - so what amount must i pay??? Pensioner discount has be done away with - so how does the Municipality expect a pensioner to pay 60% more on their bill. Basically we sit back and get ****d by the system - the middle class always bail out the ******* . Further we have to go to the local municipality building to query every single month - this is not feasible - do the fat cats not care - I'm sure i answered my own question! I demand answers from the municipality .

Pensioner discount needs to be reinstated!
