Electricity outage in copesville sarge road

Yesterday about 1 o'clock during day time our electricity went out in copes sarge road and I tried calling the msunduzi municipality to logged a call, they were not answering ,after they answered my call they said help was coming but today we still don't have electricity and nobody came to fix the lights as they keep saying help is coming. We have children that haven't eat due to no electricity. There no updates to what so ever is going on here.
