Electricity bill too high and switched off

I have a problem with This Municipality, our electricity is being cutted of due to outstanding fees of which I do not know of. Not a month we have skipped but the bill comes growing monthly. I keep records of all payments. Even more worst it's an Indigent electricity bill. Today the electricity is switched off but they know exactly that our pay day is Pension day. Where do they exactly expect us to get money from. Their bills keep growing monthly. How can a bill for so few people can be so expensive on top of that it's an Indigent owner. I need this matter to be taken seriously and emergency because I really don't understand how their calculations work. I went to complain end of July about the Current bill I was told to pay the Average that I usually pay. I then did exactly that they said they have problems since lock down meter people were not working we should pay our normally average amount. Today I'm confused to see our electricity being closed. I'm tired of being up and down and getting now help. July an amount of R2000 was on my Statement for Only Electrity in the bill water and sewerage etc were normally but electricity gone to R2000 only which was madness. I then went to complain we were shutted away again. Kindly attend my matter I'm really frustrated and tired of such municipality.
