Debth for municipal services

Poor service at umsunduzi....Firstly they couldn't help older person in terms of rate statement.. The only purchased a house from his husband, his house still under her name but the municipal services is still under her husband... The old lady pentioner is now owing close to 70 000...she can't afford to pay.. As she already sold the house.. Howevr the proposed seller wish the lady debth to be settled as the current owners are pentioners... The lady and the saler hv consulted the municipality,however to toungable assistance received... The lady will now approach umsunduzi Mayor and kwaZulu natal premiere...
