Call centre doesn't have technicians numbers for job card

<p>I have been waiting since yesterday for a technician to sort out our electricity. Our reference no is: 312519.</p> <p>When I phoned the call centre explaining I needed a rough estimate on the time it would take they said they didn't know and they don't have the numbers for their own electricians. So now I have to transfer all my food out of the fridge to a relatives house so that it doesn't go rotten and who knows, they could artive in the next minute....or next week or next month.</p> <p>Why do your call centres not have the technicians numbers for the job card??</p> <p>I actaully spoke to the woman in a calm tone of voice and she hung up on me. </p> <p>I have never heard of a company that runs in such a manner.</p> <p>Come on, pull your socks up. Just because we live in a so called 3rd world country it doesn't mean you need to act like it!</p>
