ZERO rating for this so called "Municipality". They want to raise our rates way too high, to the extent that if we are forced to pay, we may as well sell up, not being able to get what the property is worth, as they say it is more than what the property is worth. Now I receive an email, stating that I have gone against an "agreement" to submit my meter readings to them. I have not signed any agreement in accordance to this and there is always someone at home that will give them the reading, if they either knock on the gate, or actually pitch up. I will NOT do something which they are being paid to do and they are just a bunch of rogues who want to line their pockets with more money. How can a Municipality, who is under administration, for four years, be allowed to these sort of things. TIME FOR CHANGE.
