Angry customer

Absolutely frustrated and angered with the level of incompetence and illiterate people working at the msunduzi Municipality. Since July last year no one can help with sorting out a double charge on my electricity bill. One charges me an account after they installed a pre paid meter. I am buying electricity and paying the bill whilst being unemployed. This is ridiculous I need help ASAP.!!!!!!!!!
