msukaligwa municipality load reduction

Good day. The comunity of Ermelo needs assistance with the situation of our electricity and our load reduction. We would like to know if it is correct if MLM still takes load reduction if we are on stage 6 with Escom loadshedding. OUR Msukaligwa municipality still implements load reduction even during the day and it takes up to 5 hours even if eskom takes there stage 6 aswell, and we hardly have electricity in town, due to this we have water shortage as well.
