****** money for goods not delivered

I placed an order with Tally Safety Solutions and was told that my order will be ready for collection the next morning, as this was also a specific requirement of mine. On arrival to collect the goods, I found that the supplier had no goods, for which they had insisted on full payment for, upfront. I then cancelled the order and requested a full refund, which was agreed to with George. I did not receive the refund. I then spoke to the owner Munro, who also agreed to resolve the matter. To date, I have not received the refund. I sent a letter of demand with the Randburg sheriff of the court, only to find that the company had moved from the premises and basically ****** R7216 of my money in the process. This company is a Barron's reseller and people should be extremely careful if dealing with this company.
