Bad service

This car dealership is based at 14 Murchison street.Newcastle.Kzn.I bought a Bmw x5.for R339 000 after 3 months battery failed.secondly they promised to give me spare key..I have been waiting for 10 months...instead they sent a wrong key..They are refusing to refund me..as well.Disgusting service..from Mr Mohammed
